Always follow New Zealand traffic regulations, including speed limits, road signs, and signals. Stay safe and legal on the road.

Drive at a safe and reasonable speed, especially on winding or unfamiliar roads. Remember, it's better to arrive a little later than not at all.

Handle the moped with care and respect. Any damages or excessive wear will be your responsibility.

Helmets are mandatory. Ensure your helmet is securely fastened before starting your ride.

Never operate a moped under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Your safety and the safety of others depend on your full attention and control.

Keep to main roads and designated paths. Avoid off-road areas or unauthorized shortcuts that could be dangerous.

Always be mindful of others sharing the road. Give pedestrians and cyclists plenty of space, and slow down when passing.

Keep an eye on the road ahead and be prepared for sudden changes, like sharp turns, other vehicles, or animals crossing.

Only carry the number of passengers the moped is designed for. Overloading is dangerous and illegal.
